The short version: we only collect your email address, to tell you when Qyrion launches and send you our newsletter, and we don't track you. The details are below.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Apsidia, publisher of qyrion.fr (SIREN 518 723 226), whose full details are given in the legal notice. You can reach us at hello@qyrion.fr for any question about your data.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- your email address;
- proof of your consent (date and time of sign-up, recorded automatically by our emailing provider).
That's all. We don't ask for your name, company or phone number, and we don't build any profile about you.
Why we collect it
Your email address is used for two things:
- letting you know when Qyrion launches;
- sending you the Qyrion newsletter (product news, new stacks, offers).
It is never sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
We process your email on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the sign-up form. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting anything done before.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe, and at most 3 years after your last interaction with our emails (an open or a click, for example). After that, it is deleted.
Who has access to it
Only the Qyrion team at Apsidia. To store addresses and send our emails, we use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which acts as our processor and stores data in the European Union. Brevo may only use your data on our instructions.
The site itself is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of data protection. Like any web host, Infomaniak keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security purposes.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or any other tracking technology. The sign-up form is provided by Brevo; loading it sends your browser's technical information (such as your IP address) to Brevo's servers, as happens with any web request, but no tracking cookie is set by us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
The quickest way to stop hearing from us is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. For anything else, write to hello@qyrion.fr and we'll reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, for example when the Qyrion platform opens, we will update this page and the date at the top.
